Project Manager - F&B Digital Solutions (1-year contract)
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to support the enhancement, deployment and continuous improvement of F&B digital solutions, including kiosk and QR ordering platforms across multiple outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of F&B digital initiatives.
- Drive enhancements, deployments and BAU improvements.
- Coordinate IT, operations and vendor teams.
- Work closely with outlet managers and frontline staff.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Support UAT, training and go-live activities.
- Monitor project risks and provide regular stakeholder updates.
Requirements
- Experience delivering F&B, hospitality or retail technology projects.
- Experience with POS, kiosk, QR ordering or digital ordering platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong operational project management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Vendor management experience.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
