Key Responsibilities

• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-grade product initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, QA, customer success) to ensure smooth execution.
• Partner with Product Managers to align project goals with customer and business objectives.

• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote best practices across distributed/global teams.
• Act as a bridge between engineering teams and enterprise clients/stakeholders.
• Track and report progress, providing transparency to leadership and custom

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software/product-based companies.
• Strong background in B2B enterprise software delivery (preferably SaaS or cloud-based products).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Familiarity with enterprise product ecosystems (Java/Spring, APIs, integrations, databases, cloud).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Asana).
