Project Manager - Digital Concierge (1-year contract)
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital concierge initiatives within a large hospitality environment. This role will manage complex, fast-paced digital transformation projects that enhance guest experiences across multiple digital touchpoints.
The ideal candidate is comfortable managing ambiguity, driving multiple stakeholders, and delivering projects within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital concierge and guest experience technology initiatives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets and deliverables.
- Coordinate business users, technical teams, vendors and external partners.
- Drive solution design workshops, project governance and executive reporting.
- Manage project dependencies and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Support UAT, deployment, change management and post-implementation activities.
- Ensure projects align with operational and business objectives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of IT Project Management experience.
- Experience delivering digital transformation or customer-facing technology projects.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex, fast-moving projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in hospitality, integrated resorts, retail or customer experience platforms is advantageous.
