Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data platform projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget compliance.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize resources effectively.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Team Management

• Supervise and mentor data engineering teams, promoting collaboration and skill development.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and governance frameworks.

Client Engagement & Communication

• Serve as the primary client contact for project updates, escalations, and issue resolution.
• Translate client requirements into actionable project plans.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Technical Oversight

• Provide guidance on data platform architecture and solutions.
• Oversee On-Prem to Cloud data migration projects and ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure deliverables meet business and technical requirements.
