Job Title: Project Manager Residential Construction

Location: Pune / Mumbai (As per project requirement)

Job Purpose:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing residential construction projects from initiation to completion. The role involves supervising site execution, coordinating with contractors, vendors, architects, consultants, and ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and manage day-to-day construction activities at residential sites of Youthville.

Supervise site engineers, contractors, and labor workforce to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, cost budgets, and quality standards.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients for design approvals and execution.

Monitor material procurement, inventory, and vendor management.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and regulatory norms.

Prepare and present project progress reports, MIS, and status updates to management.

Identify potential risks and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.

Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and environmental regulations at the site.

Maintain strong stakeholder communication with clients, management, and external agencies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent knowledge of residential construction processes, materials, and quality standards.

Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management (mandatory).

PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).

812 years of experience in managing residential construction projects (mid to large-scale).

Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
