Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Civil to oversee and manage civil engineering projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 7-12 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering sector.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
