About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of building and construction projects. You will support the Lead Consultant (SO Representative) in managing day-to-day project operations, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities while managing all aspects of project planning, coordination, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Consultant (SO Representative) in managing the day-to-day administration and execution of building contracts.
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and implement project activities in accordance with the approved construction programme.
- Organise and participate in project briefings, presentations, technical reviews, progress meetings, and other stakeholder engagements.
- Coordinate project implementation, including contract administration, obtaining statutory approvals and permits, and supervising construction works.
- Monitor contractors and consultants submissions, including:Authority submissions and approvalsShop drawingsMethod statementsMaterial samplesTimber mock-ups and sample unitsInspection schedules and work trade demonstrations
- Review and monitor the overall project master programme, ensuring milestones, timelines, and construction budgets are achieved.
- Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors and other project consultants to prepare project cash flow forecasts, progress reports, and cost updates for management and client presentations.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to facilitate smooth project delivery.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related construction discipline.
- Qualification must be recognised by the Board of Architects (BOA), Professional Engineers Board (PEB), or the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in Singapore.
- Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in the building construction industry or project management.
- Strong understanding of construction project management principles, contract administration, and project delivery.

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing abilities.

- Able to work effectively both independently and within multidisciplinary project teams.
