We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects within the company, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and within budget. The Project Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with company goals, and to maintain project scope. They will also be responsible for risk management and project reporting.
Responsibilities
- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path, track project milestones and deliverables.
Required Skills
- AI and ML: The candidate must have a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts, techniques, and applications.
- Leadership: The candidate must possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the candidate will be required to liaise with various stakeholders.
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification is highly desirable.
