Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives spanning business and IT. The ideal candidate will have 810 years of project management experience with strong leadership and communication skills. Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems is a plus but not mandatory. This role requires excellent stakeholder management and the ability to drive multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, scoping, and execution for a variety of business and IT initiatives.
- Define project goals, success criteria, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Organize and lead steering committee meetings and project status updates.
- Track budget, resource allocation, and project performance metrics.
- Maintain and share project documentation with all relevant stakeholders.
- Partner with business and IT teams on process improvements and systems integrations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 810 years of project management experience across business or technology domains.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, Asana).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to SAP environments (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, SAP Analytics Cloud) or other ERP systems.
- Familiarity with ERP implementations, data migration projects, or system integrations.
- PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
