Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Delivery
- Manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Ensure successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Financial & Budget Management
- Own project financials, budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking.
- Monitor project spend and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Drive financial governance, budget allocation, and resource optimization.
- Provide regular financial reporting and variance analysis to stakeholders.
Change Management
- Lead project change management activities and governance processes.
- Assess project impacts resulting from scope, schedule, technical, or business changes.
- Manage change requests, approvals, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies.
Infrastructure & Product Management
- Deliver infrastructure and technology product-related initiatives.
- Coordinate with architecture, engineering, operations, security, and support teams.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and operational readiness for infrastructure deployments and upgrades.
Governance, Risk & Stakeholder Management
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and controls.
Global Collaboration
- Work effectively with global teams across multiple time zones and regions.
- Manage cross-functional and multicultural stakeholder environments.
- Drive collaboration between business, technology, operations, and external vendors.
Methodology & Process Excellence
- Apply project delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid models.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC and project governance frameworks.
- Promote best practices, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of Project Management/Program Management experience.
- Strong experience managing large-scale Infrastructure, Technology, or Product projects.
- Proven experience in Financial Management and Budget Ownership.
- Hands-on experience with Change Management processes and governance.
- Expertise in end-to-end project delivery methodologies.
- Experience working within Banking, Financial Services, or related regulated industries.
- Experience managing global stakeholders and distributed project teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certifications.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Planview, and other project management tools.
- Exposure to Cloud technologies (Azure preferred), DevOps, and IT Transformation initiatives.
- Experience with reporting and dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
