Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver projects in Data Warehousing and Snowflake.
- Manage stakeholders, teams, Scrum ceremonies, and Sprints end-to-end.
- Utilize ADO, JIRA, Issues/Risk Management, and perform basic database management.
- Take full ownership of project tasks, ensuring successful client delivery.
- Manage Dependencies, Assumptions, Risks, and Issues (DAIR) with effective mitigation and resolution strategies.
- Work with Airlines or Logistics clients (preferred).
- Proactively follow through responsibilities without the need for close supervision.
- Handle client-facing interactions, especially with senior-level stakeholders in India.
- Communicate effectively in Hindi and English, with strong relationship-building skills.
- Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Recommend and implement organizational changes, new systems, or procedures.
- Train, mentor, and coach staff members for improved team efficiency.
- Collaborate with leads and executives to ensure smooth adoption of changes.
Requirements
- Proven experience (10+ years) in Project Management, with strong expertise in Data Warehousing & Snowflake.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with IT and software applications.
- Basic understanding of standard operating systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
