We are seeking a Project Lead for office interior fit-out projects in Bangalore for a Design & Build firm. The Project Lead will be responsible for the overall Project Management direction for the region's corporate interior projects as well as managing Key Clients & Project Stakeholders. Role is based in Bangalore with travel in the region.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for implementing an appropriate and effective project or programme management framework for multiplecorporate interior fit-out projects.
- Manage project budgets including risk allowance. monitor and control changes/variations and ensure assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines.
- Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders and ensure that projects managers work cooperatively with the appropriate Client SMEs and keep them up-to- date on project status throughout process.
- Manage the design and project management/ site delivery team's performance of delegated responsibilities
- Be responsible in negotiation and coordination with vendors and business partners through the completion of the projects.
- Establish and prepare formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client and Company.
Requirements
- A project management professional with 10-12 years experience of managing corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects & managing teams.
- A degree in Engineering/Architecture/project management or a related discipline.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer
- Have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
