Job Description

Job Requirements

Develop healthy relationships with customers.
Drive the weekly, monthly & Quarterly meetings with customer.
Responsible for the team deliverables (OTD & Quality (FPY))
Responsible for maintaining the effort estimates for the activities performed in the team
Support full-time planning of the deliverables & maintain the KPIs of the deliverables.
Perform RCA on the errors identified during the technical review, work to close those gaps.
Weekly connect with the SAG leader to review the team Productivity and the delivery milestones.
Drive continual improvement initiatives.
Develop standards and procedures enhance the checklist based on the need.
Drive standup meeting to monitor the efficiency of the team.
