Project Field Engineer

Role: Project & Field Engineer (Full-Time | Coimbatore Office + Projects Across Tamil Nadu)

We are looking for Agricultural Engineering graduates who are confident, hardworking, and ready to handle projects across different parts of Tamil Nadu. The role requires strong execution skills, willingness to travel, and the ability to supervise on-ground teams in tough farm conditions.

Responsibilities:

Execute farm development and agri-engineering projects across Tamil Nadu

Balance office tasks (Excel, CAD basics, reporting, documentation) with field execution (farm operations, supervision, site management)

Manage team structure, professional reporting, and clear documentation

Travel extensively, explore new project sites, and adapt to challenging farm conditions

Drive and operate all types of 4-wheelers, including tractors (with valid license) for project needs

Requirements:

Degree in Agricultural Engineering

13 years experience preferred (freshers with strong dedication also considered)

Confidence to work in new environments and under hard farm conditions

Must be open to frequent travel across Tamil Nadu

Must own a bike for local project mobility

Skills in Excel, CAD basics, documentation, and reporting

Valid driving license for cars and tractors

Self-driven, reliable, and ready to take responsibility
