Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Support stakeholder engagement efforts by coordinating communications, scheduling meetings, and documenting feedback and requirements.
  • Review and analyse data collected from customer deep-dive sessions, ensuring key insights and pain points are accurately categorised and recorded.
  • Prepare and organise materials for deep-dive meetings, including presentation slides, reports, and meeting documents.
  • Support Service Requests from agencies in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA), such as static data maintenance, cancellation of expense reports.
  • Assist in maintaining regular updates with stakeholders by tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups on action items, including (a) tracking of identified issues, action items, and progress of follow-ups from customer deep dive sessions (b) weekly monitoring and reporting of Change Request/ Service Requests/ Incident Requests and (c) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) progress tracking for ad-hoc Change Requests and Workday release features.
  • Ensure documentation, e.g., user guides and standard operating procedures, is well-structured, up-to-date, and readily accessible for internal and stakeholder use.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth execution of project and business activities.

Requirements

Functional/Technical Competencies

  • Background in Accounting/ Business/ Finance and/or IT
  • Proficient with MS Office and VBA will be advantageous
  • Understand basic finance and/or payroll processes and experience with system implementation and maintenance will be advantageous

Contract duration: 6 months contract, with option to extend for another 6 months

Working Arrangement:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9am - 6.30pm
  • Friday: 9am -6.00pm
  • (Flexhours can be arranged with reporting officer)

Location: High Street

Salary: $15 to $16 per hour (approximately $2,730-$2,910 per full month of service). Salary will be pro-rated based on the actual service period)
