We take charge of complete project management - handling everything from component sourcing and PCB assembly to testing, validation, product integration, and logistics management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive program plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, and oversee the execution of these plans.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate teams across different departments, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication among all teams.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, engineering leaders, project managers, and external partners, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure success of all initiatives.
- Budget Management: Manage the program budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
- Performance Reporting: Track program progress, analyze performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular reports for DDN India Site Leader and other stakeholders.
- Communication and Documentation: Maintain clear and concise communication channels, both written and verbal, and ensure that all program documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that arise during program execution, escalating to the appropriate level when necessary.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead demand and supply planning meetings with cross-functional teams, reviewing supply, demand risks, mitigation options, and service level goals.
- Present inventory recommendations to leadership, drive decision-making, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders across the supply chain.
- Establish and utilize best methods (e.g., statistical models, processes and software tools) in evaluating supply chain's ability to meet customer demand.
- Develop and implement inventory control strategies to minimize costs and optimize inventory levels while meeting customer service goals.
Skills and Experience :
- 2-4 years of experience in Project Management
- Project Management Skills
- Ability to read and interpret BOM's and Drawings
- Proficient with MS Office. Excel is a must.
- Local Sourcing and Supply Chain Management
- Creation of PO,SO, DC and related documents.
- Experience in ERP is an advantage
