Project Engineer (Cabling / Network)

Job Responsibilities:

. Be part of the client's project management team to deliver cabling/network projects involving the deployment of cabling and network devices.

. Project coordination with vendors and users such as requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing and support.

. Review project deliverables from vendors to ensure completeness and adherence to the required quality and standard.

. Facilitate routine clearances, site surveys and meetings.

Job Requirements:

. Diploma in Computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent.

. At least 3 years of working experience in cabling and network implementation project coordination from design to implementation, testing and support.

. Hands-on and working knowledge of outdoor cabling, structured cabling and network equipment such as firewall, switches, routers, etc.

. Certification in CCNA, ITIL, etc. will be advantageous.

. Good written and verbal communication skills and experienced in managing stakeholders and vendors.

. Prior working experience in defense organizations or government ministries requiring CAT 1 security clearance
