We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, project management techniques, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings and facilitate communication between team members.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).
- 5-7 years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
