Project Engineers ACMV x 1

  • Good knowledge of Chiller, Cooling tower, AHU, FCU, Mechancial Ventilation Fans.
  • Able to size FCUs, Flow meter, MV fans
  • Manage Shop drawing approval,material submission approval
  • Good understanding of contract document, and well understand the scope of works, specifications which tendered for. Able to pick up variation orders during project phase.
  • Project scheduling and able to plan and mobilize manpower effectively.
  • Attend weekly site progress, technical meeting with consultants, main contractor.
  • Coordination with various parties.

Requirement

  • Dip/ Degree in Mechancial Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Min 2 years experience in M&E projects
  • Good knowledge of code of practices, ASHRAE, Green Mark requirement, Fire codes related to MV
  • Salary are based on experiences and capabilities.
