Position Overview

The Project Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing resources, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations while driving continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.

Ensure adherence to quality standards, governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.

Facilitate communication between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.

Conduct post-project reviews and implement lessons learned for process improvement.

Drive operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).

Proven experience in project delivery or program management, preferably in [industry, e.g., IT services, construction, manufacturing].

Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).

Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMP certification is an advantage).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
