Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator Facade, located in Gurugram. The Project Coordinator will oversee facade project workflows, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project documentation, providing status updates, identifying potential risks, and troubleshooting issues to maintain seamless project operations. The role requires effective communication with stakeholders and teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

Qualifications

• Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management for facade projects
• Coordination with all the site employees
• Technical expertise in facade systems, structural designs, and related engineering concepts
• Documentation and reporting skills for creating and maintaining accurate project records
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant project management tools
• Previous experience in construction, facade engineering, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent qualification
