Job Description
Roles & responsibilities:
Planning and making of TDS as per BOQ and customer requirement.
- Making of TDS , submit to Customer and taking approval of the same from customer.
- Finalize of LOI and PO of Vendors.
- Co-ordination with Purchase and Logistic team for delivery of materials.
- Making of schedule plan before execution of work.
- Installation of equipments like Chillers, Air-Handling Units, Duct-able Split Units, High Wall
Split Units, Cassette Units, Floor Mounted Package ACs, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Air
Washers, Exhaust and Supply air fans etc.
- Commissioning of equipments like Air-Handling Units, Duct-able Split Units, High Wall
Split Units, Cassette Units, Floor Mounted Package ACs, Pumps, Cooling Towers, Air
Washers, Exhaust and Supply air fans etc.
- HVAC and Fire fighting related Ducting, Piping, and wrapping-coating work.
- Making of control logic as per customer requirement and Commissioning of BMS
System.
- HVAC, Fire alarm and Fire Protection system related electrical work (Both power and
control).
- Carrying out quality checks for each specified item for complying client specifications.
- Checking and Certifying Bills of Contractors.
- Preparation and monthly updating of Payment reconciliation.
- Ensuring timely sign up of protocols and raising of bills in prescribed format by client for claiming bills.
