Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with a strong background in Microsoft Business Central implementation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of Business Central projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of ERP systems and implementation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

Assist in the planning, execution, and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation.

Implementation Support:

Support the implementation of Microsoft Business Central, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of Business Central.

Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.

Documentation and Reporting:

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Report and escalate to management as needed.

Stakeholder Communication:

Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to monitor project progress and address any issues.

Ensure clear and consistent communication regarding project status and changes.

Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.

Monitor and manage project scope to ensure changes are documented and approved.

Training and Development:

Assist in the training of staff and end-users on Business Central functionalities and best practices.

Develop training materials and user manuals as required.


Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in project coordination, specifically with Microsoft Business Central implementation.

At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, services modules of Microsoft Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV) and its implementation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).

Soft Skills:

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certifications (at least one, Preferred):

PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management).

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate.

Working Conditions:

This position may require occasional travel to client sites.
