Role & responsibilities
- Attend all key project meetings, to communicate and coordinate with the client teams, representatives & engineers, as directed by the project manager and seniors.
- Analyse architectural designs and plans, will require to prepare building sections, elevation options, schedules and other design documents required for each phase of a project and seniors.
- Coordinate the interfaces between the Engineering team and the Project Management team and ensures effective transfer of information between departments and consultants.
- Assist in research and coordination of materials and products, as per projects amenity and specifications.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Having an eye for details and Highly creative individual
- Good analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketch Up, Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
