Job Description
Your primary responsibilities shall include the deliverables below, but are not limited to this:
I. Prepare Scale drawings or architectural drawings using computer-aided design or other tools.
II. Meet with clients to review or discuss architectural drawings.
III. Leads consultants and technical team efforts to facilitate effective execution of project design and
the delivery of implementation documents.
IV. Coordinate with the international offices and teams.
V. Works with PIC/PM in developing and managing the production schedule, including effectively
defining and meeting deadlines.
VI. Prepares, reviews, and coordinates implementation documents before issue, including verifying
implementation documents conform to QA/QC and fivD standards, best practice, and quality
expectations.
VII. Manages the technical resolution and coordination for a defined portion of a project.
VIII. May lead development of code analysis and confirm code and zoning requirements
for the assigned segment of the project are met. Coordinate the design group interaction both
internally and externally, including leading consultant team work sessions.
IX. Maintains open communication with clients and provides guidance through projects.
X. Coordinates with clients, public agencies, consultants and contractors to incorporate engineering
systems, to respond to requests for information, clarifications and modifications and to obtain
approvals and adjust scope of services.
XI. Prepares client presentations and may present design concepts and drawings.
XII. Exercises skills of persuasion and negotiation on critical issues
XIII. Performs product research; assists project designers with materials and systems evaluation
to make proper selections.
XIV. Oversee appropriate application of products and materials available on the market and best
practices.
XV. Maintains awareness of risk management for potential project issues and involves PIC/PM if
needed.
XVI. Leads team meetings to discuss project issues, technical issues and coordination with other
disciplines.
XVII. Attends on-site visits, field reviews and project meetings and documents as appropriate.
XVIII. Responsible for preparing and/or reviewing meeting minutes for consultant coordination
meetings.
Required Qualifications:
I. Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
II. 5+ years of experience in managing AEC projects, preferably in the U.S. market.
III. Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes, permitting, and construction regulations.
IV. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
V. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills:
I. Experience with design-build or EPC projects.
II. LEED accreditation is a plus.
III. Knowledge of BIM processes and tools.
IV. Experience in software like REVIT, NAVISWORK, BIM 360, and Grasshopper
