Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project and Site Engineer for a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role includes managing and supervising on-site installation and commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with approved designs and safety standards, as well as handover and training to the staff at the client site.. The incumbent will coordinate with project teams, monitor project progress, and address any technical challenges to ensure the timely completion of assignments. Additionally, the role involves preparing project documentation, conducting quality checks, and overseeing subcontractors and suppliers to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong project management skills, including site planning, scheduling, and coordination abilities.
  • Technical expertise in water treatment systems, familiarity with electrochemical reactors, and engineering fundamentals.
  • Proficient in quality control, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address technical and operational challenges.
  • Proficiency in project-related software and tools, as well as reporting and documentation skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Environmental Engineering is required; any relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Previous experience in handling industrial or large-scale engineering projects, especially in water or wastewater treatment, is a strong plus.
