Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will manage the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating effectively across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization while fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular meetings to ensure alignment and progress tracking. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in stakeholder management and communication. - Ability to analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Proficient in using project management tools and software. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
