We're looking for a Program Manager – Strategy & Programs who will play a pivotal role in shaping Rebel's growth journey by identifying our next best expansion opportunities and orchestrating the end-to-end launch of new kitchens.
This is more than a program management role—it's an opportunity to combine strategy, analytics, execution, and cross-functional leadership to bring new markets to life.

What You'll Own
As the Program Manager, you'll act as the central driver for Rebel's expansion journey by:
Identifying the Next Best Growth Polygons: Leverage data, analytics, customer demand, and business insights to recommend the most promising micro-markets for expansion.
Driving End-to-End Expansion Programs: Partner with Business Development to identify and lease properties, Project teams to set up kitchens, Operations & People teams to ensure launch readiness, and Admin teams to secure all required licenses.
Leading Cross-Functional Execution: Bring together multiple teams, track milestones, remove bottlenecks, and ensure every kitchen launch happens on time and with operational excellence.
Using Data to Drive Decisions: Monitor project performance, identify risks proactively, and provide actionable insights to leadership through structured dashboards and reviews.
Continuously Improving Processes: Simplify, standardize, and optimize expansion workflows to enable faster and more efficient market launches.
Core Competencies that will make you successful in this role:
Program Strategy & Execution: Lead end-to-end planning, resource allocation, milestone tracking, and delivery for 10+ concurrent strategic initiatives across business, product, technology, and operations teams.
Governance & Budget Control: Maintain strict tactical control over project budgets and timelines, ensuring initiatives stay on schedule and cost targets are met.
Risk Management & Problem Solving: Proactively identify bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement data-backed mitigation strategies to accelerate project delivery.
Process Optimization: Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to eliminate inefficiencies, standardize workflows, and manage vendor or supply chain relationships.
Executive Stakeholder Management: Prepare and present clear, data-driven MIS reports and top-line progress updates for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Who We're Looking For
- 4–6+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategy, Business Excellence, Consulting, Operations, or similar cross-functional roles.
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA/PG preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to influence without authority.
- Someone who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems and turning strategy into execution.
