1. 4 to 6 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Category Management, or P&L Ownership roles
2. Education:
Minimum Engineering degree (Tier-1 preferred)
OR MBA from Tier-1 orTier-2 institutes
3. Preffered industries are E-commerce or quick-commerce(Companies likeSnapdeal, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket etc. )
4. Experience owning P&L for a Business Vertical,Strategic Planning of routes including profitability, cost optimization, and financial planning
5. Candidate should have proven ability to build programs from 0 to 1 (Scratch to End)
6. Track record of process improvement, operational optimization, and ROI maximization for teams or verticals
7. Experience in execution and daily operations management
8. Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Supply, Marketing, Product, and Finance (collaborationwith multiple internal teams)
9. Ability to Lead Pilots, run experiments, drive growth initiatives, and scale successful strategies
10. Candidate should have capability to independently lead an entire business vertical.
