Key Responsibilities:
1. To lead client engagements and project deliveries by leveraging Right's expertise to design and deliver solutions for clients in a timely and qualitative way, understanding stated and unstated client expectations, and ensuring quality of output. To monitor and optimize project profitability through proper project planning, optimum utilization of resources, and periodic project reviews.
2. Exploring business leads resulting in a potential opportunity. To conceptualize complex proposals for new business by coordinating the efforts of team members and assisting senior leaders in business development initiatives for successful conversions. Also, deepening business relationships with existing clients and developing new revenue streams.
3. To plan and carry out strategic initiatives aimed at having positive change or improvement for the organization.
4. Adherence to internal processes and compliances, as also to manage, groom, and build team members.
Prerequisites and Key Competencies:
