Job Summary

Responsible for driving the adoption of agile development methodologies, including Scrum, across the organization and also responsible for the successful execution of New Product Introduction (NPI), New Technology Introduction(NTI), and Technology Exploration Projects primarily focused on data science and engineering in the Center for Intelligent Power. Lead the Integrated Product Team(s) to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and life of the program's financial performance by managing programs, contracts, and business relationships. Responsibilities will be to maintain ongoing dialogues with all project teams in order to collect schedule and completed milestone information, prepare an ongoing comprehensive view of projects and assignments in a written or online format available for management's use and report and forecast and control on schedules and budgets. Facilitate Sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings and report to the Leadership and provide training to educate and reinforce Scrum methodology and Agile/SAFe/LEAN framework to the team members. Responsible for working with the Product Manager and Product Owner in backlog management, and execution and for maintaining team burn-down charts, and other key metrics such as cumulative flow progress at a project level.


  • Participate in the development and implementation of a development project scorecard
  • Identify and develop reporting tools (ideally through corporate or industry reuse) of project status, burn-down, scheduled completion, etc.
  • Work with applicable functions to ensure that the supply chain and manufacturing systems are aligned with the product strategy and are supporting growth and profitability objectives

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in Engineering, with at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and projects using agile development methodologies and End to End complete experience in Agile/SAFe/LEAN execution and Running the SaFe Agile and giving extensive training to the team.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification and Project Management accreditation (CAPM or PMP of SAFE Agilist) is highly recommended
  • Experience coaching and mentoring other Scrum Masters and cross-functional teams in agile development best practices
  • Strong project management skills and experience with project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff
  • Experienced in New Product Development (NPD) programs with hands-on experience in managing Data science and data engineering projects
  • Exposure to Software development lifecycles i.e. Waterfall, Agile and incremental etc.
  • Leadership skills - the capability to lead change in an Integrated Team (IPT).
  • Highly skilled at Program and Project Management methodologies, rund the operations of a group.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the technology industry
  • Experience with other agile development methodologies, such as Kanban or Lean
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with process improvement and optimization methodologies

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Able to identify and solve problems quickly, think on your feet and come up with creative solutions to any issues that arise.
  • Empathy: Being empathetic towards the team members is essential to building a strong team. Able to understand their concerns, identify any issues they may be facing, and help them to overcome any challenges they may be facing.
  • Adaptability: Agile development is all about being flexible and adapting to change quickly.Able to adapt to changing circumstances and adjust your approach accordingly.
  • Time Management: Effective time management is essential. Able to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and ensure that the team is meeting their deadlines.

  • Experience - 7 to 11 years only
  • PMP,Microsoft Project Plan, Advanced Excel, Agile/SAFe/LEAN
  • Agile Scrum Master, Global Project Management, Project Proposals, Scoping, Stage GATE product development process, Risk Management.
