We are excited to welcome a seasoned professional to lead our technical delivery efforts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Java technologies, having progressed from hands-on development to leading large-scale projects. This role is crucial in driving technical excellence, architecture governance, and program execution across our enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple projects.
  • Own and manage technical architecture, design reviews, and solution governance.
  • Ensure high-quality coding standards, performance optimization, and scalable solutions.
  • Guide and mentor technical teams, conducting architecture and design reviews.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication.
  • Manage project planning, execution, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking.
  • Ensure timely delivery, meeting quality standards, and budget constraints.
  • Oversee release management, DevOps coordination, and production deployments.
  • Implement and adhere to SDLC, Agile, SAFe, or Waterfall frameworks as required.
  • Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and technical innovation.

Qualifications

  • 19-27 years of IT experience, with a strong early career in Java technologies.
  • Proven experience in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  • Successful track record in leading technical delivery for large enterprise programs.
  • Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and API integrations.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with BFSI or Financial Services domain is an advantage.
  • Exposure to Capital Markets, Banking, KYC/AML, and Compliance is preferred.
  • Pre-sales or RFP support experience is a plus.
  • PMP, Agile, or SAFe certifications are desirable.
