We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and entrepreneurial-minded Program Manager with a passion for population health strategy development and data analytics.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Population Health Assessment:
  • Analyze benefits data, utilization statistics, and employee satisfaction metrics to identify health needs and opportunities for improvement
• Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to design a holistic, data-driven population health strategy that enhances employee well-being and resilience
• Program Management:
  • Lead and execute population health initiatives at national and global levels, ensuring alignment with client objectives
• Vendor Integration:
  • Oversee multiple health vendors, streamline referral pathways, and create integration opportunities under a unified strategy
• Communication & Engagement:

  • Manage digital platforms and communication channels to promote health offerings, incentives, and resources effectively

• Impact Analysis & Reporting:
  • Conduct ROI and impact assessments, benchmark programs, and leverage claims and utilization data to monitor trends, forecast challenges, and identify engagement opportunities
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience:
  • Solid background in population health, corporate wellness, or healthcare strategy
  • Expertise in data analytics, impact measurement, and program design
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Skills:
  • Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving
  • Proven excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with digital health platforms and wellness technologies
