Domain knowledge

- Around 3 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or a similar role.
- Good communication, teamwork, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Strong planning, organization, and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, and reporting.
Job Description
- We are looking for a motivated Program Management Coordinator/Analyst to support project and program teams in planning, tracking, and completing key activities on time.
- The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining project documentation, tracking risks and issues, and preparing reports for management reviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teams in creating and tracking project plans, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate project meetings and follow up on action items with responsible team members.
- Maintain project schedules, status reports, risk logs, issue trackers, and change records.
- Prepare presentations and reports for project milestone and management reviews.
- Track project risks, delays, and issues and support teams in developing mitigation plans.
- Follow up with teams on project deliverables, approvals, and documentation status.
- Support cost, quality, warranty reduction, and improvement projects.
- Coordinate with departments such as Engineering, Quality, Purchasing,
- Manufacturing, and Finance.
- Ensure all project documents and records are accurate, updated, and properly maintained.
