Professor of Economics

Royal Global University, Guwahati, invites applications from distinguished and accomplished candidates for the position of Professor in the Department of Economics. The selected candidate will be expected to provide academic leadership by engaging in advanced teaching, high-quality research, doctoral supervision, curriculum development, academic administration, and fostering collaborations with industry and policy institutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

A minimum of ten years of teaching experience in university/college as Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Professor, and / or research experience at equivalent level at the University/National Level Institutions with evidence of having successfully guided doctoral candidate.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral courses in Economics, including specialized/advanced subjects.
• Supervise doctoral and postgraduate research, ensuring high academic standards.
• Publish impactful research in reputed peer-reviewed journals and actively pursue research projects.
• Lead curriculum design, academic innovation, and adoption of best pedagogical practices.
