Job Description

  • Make sure all production activities comply with safety policy and company guideline. Avoid safety incident.
  • Arrange daily production and improve PSP.
  • Review and prepare sufficient resource for production order on next day.
  • Familiar IATF 16949 operation and maintenance
  • Monitor the whole production process to ensure product quality, ensure product complete safety and timely
  • Monitor the raw material providing status for production and feed back to production assistant
  • Provide training to batch makers and lead batch makers to complete production order efficiently
  • Check if the equipment/utility is in good condition, including HSD mixers, mills, dust collector, ventilation, ground line
  • Feedback the common intermediate requirement to product assistant
  • To distribute manpower according to workload at each position
  • To review and sign subordinates overtime application and record
