The Company Has Started Producing Non-perishable Products Such As
- Spices (ginger/turmeric)
- Millets
- Oilseeds
- Grams
in addition to the vegetables that it's growing.
This will be a mid-management level role focusing on producing and working with FPOs and farmer groups across the country for non-perishables.
Requirement
- At least 10 years of relevant experience
- Contacts of working with large FPOs or farmer groups either through contract farming or direct sourcing from these groups
- Experience with a large FMCG company and handling large scale procurement projects in India
- Ability to lead the business initially and develop a team
- Responsibility for producing all the non-perishables which have been demanded by sales
- Leading a team eventually as the business grows
- Significant knowledge of market requirements in terms of type of crops, variety of produce, quality specifications, etc.
- Experience working on the ground with farmers and willingness to travel across the country
- Management of post-procurement supply chain activities
Salary and Compensation: Rs. 20 to 30 LPA
