We are looking for a Jewelry Production Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, maintain quality standards, and ensure on-time delivery. You will lead our workshop team, manage inventory, and optimize workflow from raw materials to finished pieces.
Key Responsibilities- Production Management: Plan and oversee daily workflows across casting, setting, polishing, and assembly to meet deadlines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products at all stages to ensure flawless finish, correct stone setting, and exact design specs.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and supervise bench jewelers, artisans, and technicians.
- Inventory & Precious Metals: Track metal usage, minimize loss/waste, and manage stock of gemstones and raw materials.
- Vendor & Supply Chain: Coordinate with external suppliers for raw materials and specialized services (e.g., plating).
Key Requirements- 3–5+ years of experience in jewelry manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of jewelry making (casting, CAD/CAM, setting, metal loss).
- Strong leadership, task-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills (Excel or Jewelry ERP software).
