Company facilitates are Press Shop, Weld shop (Both MIG (Robotic & Manual) & TIG), Machine shop and Tool Room.

In the new era of mobilization AtomOne Technologies has its focus towards electric decade through manufacturing certain EV components including Busbar, metal forming, and plating. Roles and Responsibilities:

Must be able to implement PDCA Process, 8D Methodology and 5Y Problem Solving method.

Must have experience in Control of Non-Conforming products Quarantine Control (Red Bin/Yellow Bin), Rework method, Daily Rework Clearance, Rework Verification. Must have strong experience to handle, skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled manpower & administrating shop floor. Must have strong experience in monitoring and maintaining Shop Floor Discipline. Must have practical knowledge of How-to Set-Up Reduction & Resetting time, SMED, Bottleneck, Internal & External Activity. Must be able to Plan and Design methods to improve Production Processes and maximize the capacity of production. Must be able to monitor Internal Rejection, Rejection Control with target PPM, Rejection Root Cause Analysis by CAPA and Why-Why Analysis. Must possess a strong knowledge about Part Programming. Must have basic knowledge about APQP and PPAP Documentation, Tooling Management and Layard Audit. Must possess good knowledge of Fixtures, Jaws, CNC chucks, VMC chucks, DrillBit, Inserts Tool Holder, Grinding Machine, grinding wheel, Turning tools, Boring bar, End Mills, Special Tooling VMC. Must have experience in Documentation, Gemba Walk and Daily meeting. Must have experience in enhancing Productivity improvement by proper usage of 5M. Must be experienced in implementing JISHU HOZEN (Autonomous Maintenance). Must be experienced in implementing and practicing Cycle Time Reduction Strategy. Must be experienced in monitoring Line Balancing at Flange Spot Welding Operation of EGR Assembly and Productivity Improvement. Must be experienced in doing CMM Analysis and respective Fixture/Parameter Correction. Must be able to drive the manufacturing process optimization, support equipment facility to operations, implement Six-Sigma & Lean Manufacturing Techniques to Lead Productivity, Continuous Improvement and safety on Assembly Lines. Must strive for the best of Customer Satisfaction, KAIZEN Implementation & JIDOKA Implementation a part of Lean Manufacturing Process. Must possess knowledge about the process of Copper Wire Consumption Reduction per meter of Welding (MIG Welding/Robotic Welding). Must be familiar with Shop Floor Welding Processes (SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, SAW). Must be able to review Daily Plan Vs Actual Production Plan and act against the stoppage or delay in Production. Must have practical knowledge on analysing and improving the process (standard time & labour cost reduction). Must ensure all required Safet measures are taken on the shop floor and take measures to avoid accidents. Must be able to handle, monitor and motivate Engineers, Team of Supervisors and Operators. Must be responsible in Installation of New Machines, Plant Layout Design and New Product Development. Must be responsible for maintaining the Breakdown Analysis Report including MTTF, MTTR, MTBF, MTTA. Must have experience in Drawing Monthly Rejection and Production Graph. Must have experience of Analysing Daily Breakdown and Down Time of Daily Production using Pareto Principle
