Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Executive with a strong background in the frozen food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing production processes for frozen and ready-to-eat food products while ensuring efficiency, quality, food safety, and compliance with manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
• Monitor the manufacturing process while maintaining product quality and food safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and company SOPs.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor production efficiency, minimize wastage, and improve productivity.
• Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
• Train production staff on safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the production area.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science, Production or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in the frozen food manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience with products such as:
• Frozen Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products
• Momos
• Burger Patties
• French Fries
• Frozen Snacks
• Formed Products
• Knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and production planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in frozen food processing plants and exposure to automated production lines will be preferred.
