Job Description

We're looking for a strong individual contributor to join our team as a Product Support Reperesntative a perfect stepping stone for anyone serious about building a career in Product Management.

At our company, you'll get hands-on experience working closely with customers and product teams, gaining valuable insights into how products are built, improved, and delivered. If you're motivated, curious, and ready to dive in, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers via chat, email, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot product queries with patience, empathy, and accuracy.
  • Document and escalate technical issues to the product/tech team when needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs shape our product roadmap.
  • Track and share customer insights to help improve service quality and experience

What We're Looking For

  • 6-12 months of experience in customer support, preferably in SaaS or tech.
  • Excellent written & spoken communication skills (clarity, empathy, and a bit of spark)
  • Strong problem-solving attitude, you don't just answer, you own the resolution.
  • Comfort with support tools (like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar).
  • A customer-first mindset: you believe every interaction is a chance to build loyalty.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have worked in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Can explain tech in simple, human terms.
  • Bring ideas to improve support processes and customer happiness.
