About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Photo Editor & Retouching Expert with 3+ years of experience, who values clean, precise, and consistent visuals. If Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign are tools you're deeply comfortable with, you'll fit right in.

This is a role where accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail matter more than conceptual design, perfect for someone who enjoys structured workflows and delivering high-quality outputs every time. You will handle end-to-end product image editing, transforming raw photos into polished, catalog-ready visuals through color correction, retouching, shadow creation, and image cleanup. You'll also support catalog creation and management, ensuring all visuals meet quality standards and brand guidelines.

What You'll Be Doing

• Edit and retouch product photographs, including before-and-after enhancements
• Perform color correction, exposure balancing, and image cleanup
• Create realistic shadows and depth to enhance product presentation
• Remove dust, dirt, scratches, and unwanted elements from images
• Work with layers and masks to ensure non-destructive editing
• Edit and refine images from professional photoshoots
• Support catalog management, ensuring image accuracy and visual consistency
• Create and update product catalogs and other printables using Adobe InDesign
• Manage files efficiently, including naming conventions and version control
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet timelines and quality standards

What You'll Need

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of product retouching and image quality standards
• Experience working on print-ready catalogs and layouts
• Sharp eye for detail, color accuracy, and alignment
• Ability to handle multiple files and projects in an organized manner
