Product Owner

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead product vision, roadmap execution, and Agile delivery for business-critical initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and development teams to gather requirements, define user stories, prioritize backlogs, and ensure successful delivery of high-value products. This role requires strong Agile expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.

What You'll Do:

• Create, refine, and prioritize backlog items (user stories, features, epics)
• Ensure backlog is always organized, relevant, and aligned to business goals
• Own prioritization and sequencing of work items
• Work closely with business stakeholders and customers to gather requirements
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Ensure business needs are reflected in product delivery
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, demos
• Facilitate sprint reviews and ensure stakeholder participation
• Work with Scrum Master and development team to deliver value incrementally
• Align product roadmap with business strategy
• Assess business value and define KPIs
• Drive continuous product improvement through feedback and analytics

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 10–15 years of overall experience with significant experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven experience in user story creation, story mapping, backlog management, and requirements gathering.
• Strong stakeholder management and business communication skills.
• Experience prioritizing features based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing product delivery lifecycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to define acceptance criteria and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of product management principles and customer-centric thinking.
