About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Product Operations Executive to support end-to-end product development and operational processes. You'll coordinate between sourcing, R&D, packaging, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth and timely product launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with R&D, sourcing, and design teams for new product development (NPD).
• Track project timelines, approvals, and material readiness.
• Liaise with vendors and third-party manufacturers for production execution.
• Maintain product data sheets, BOMs, SKUs, and cost sheets.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory documentation (PIFs, COAs, MSDS).
• Support product launch readiness with cross-functional alignment.
• Optimize processes for faster turnaround and reduced delays.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
• 13 years of experience in product operations or NPD within personal care / cosmetics / FMCG.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of raw materials, packaging, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a problem-solving mindset.
