Job Description
We are seeking a self-motivated and innovative individual who can partner across Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Learning teams to drive an impactful singular identity of the brand among students.
Responsibilities
- Gain insights through in-depth market and user research in the ed tech domain.
- Develop a deep understanding of student personas and journeys.
- Build, frame & execute a persona-based communication plan to improve learning outcomes and product adoption.
- Articulate the value proposition of products & create compelling brand positioning and messaging.
- Conceptualize, build out, execute, and measure communication initiatives end-to-end. Improve CX (Customer Experience) through NPS, surveys, and feedback.
- Own product storytelling across external channels such as web, email, video, PR, etc.
- Develop comprehensive Lead nurturing plans for marketing & growth teams. Facilitate the marketing team to generate strong momentum ahead of new product launches.
- Work on cross promotion, reactivation strategies, funnel conversion strategies.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of campaigns and iterate accordingly.
- Expertise in tools like Clevertap, Clarity, Hotjar, Webflow, and Google Analytics.
- Focus on implementing programs that consistently generate new, high-quality leads for our company
Requirements
- Self-starter always striving to go the extra mile to deliver a delightful student experience.
- Passion for products & constant curiosity about consumer pain points.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have great project management and business process design skills.
- 2-3+ years of experience in Product Marketing or similar roles.
