Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive our product messaging, customer research, and go-to-market strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical capabilities and customer needs while enabling our sales team for success.
Experience Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience specifically as a Product Marketing Specialist
- Proven track record in B2B product marketing
- Experience in conducting webinars, and creating demo videos and other marketing assets.
Key Responsibilities
Messaging and Website
- Own and optimize all product messaging on the company website
- Document messaging frameworks and learnings for marketing team distribution across verticals
- Collaborate with technical, customer success, and sales teams to develop consistent messaging across all channels
- Ensure seamless alignment between marketing messaging and technical documentation
Customer Research & Insights
- Conduct daily customer conversationsto gather insights and feedback
- Segment user base and analyze pain points, objections, and behavioral patterns
- Develop targeted messaging strategies to address specific customer concerns and needs
- Translate customer insights into actionable marketing strategies
Sales Enablement
- Partner with pre-sales team to create comprehensive sales assets and collateral
- Document and maintain pitch decks, sales demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and objection handling materials
- Conduct weekly dealflow analysis to identify bottlenecks and optimize sales processes
- Develop and maintain competitive battlecards for the sales team
- Own the complete customer case study development process
Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities, marketing strategies, and product offerings
- Conduct regular testing of internal products and competitive solutions
- Maintain pricing strategies and optimize product packaging for both self-serve and enterprise segments
Feature Launch Management
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure user-focused feature development (naming conventions, UX copywriting, etc.)
- Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for all feature launches
- Develop pre-launch buzz generation strategies and campaigns
- Align cross-functional teams on success metrics and launch expectations
- Optimize post-launch messaging for maximum user engagement
- Own feature launch KPIs until successful handover to customer marketing team
