We're looking for a Product Marketing Lead with 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing.
At Factors, this role will shape positioning, drive go-to-market, and create clarity for our customers and teams alike.
As the Product Marketing Lead, you'll own core PMM functions - from messaging and positioning to launches, enablement, and customer advocacy. You'll play a strategic role in shaping how customers understand, experience, and adopt Factors.ai, while driving close alignment across product, sales, and demand gen.
We are looking for someone keen on hands-on execution while driving the strategy.
What You'll Do
Strategy & Positioning
- Define and evolve the positioning, messaging, and narrative for the Factors.ai platform and its key modules.
- Partner with leadership to shape the GTM strategy across segments and products.
- Lead cross-functional alignment between Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing to ensure cohesive storytelling and execution.
Execution & Enablement
- Drive high-impact product launches, from planning to go-live and adoption tracking.
- Build compelling sales narratives, battlecards, and training materials for new features and use cases.
- Partner with Demand Gen to translate product insights into campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue.
- Own competitive intelligence - tracking trends, competitors, and positioning shifts to inform strategy.
- Work with the product team for in-app marketing and driving adoption
- Support partnerships: Work with partners like G2, LinkedIn, and Google on joint marketing initiatives.
Customer & Market Insight
- Be the voice of the customer, uncover insights through research, data, and customer conversations.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and guide product direction in collaboration with Product Management.
What We're Looking For
- 810 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally in martech, adtech, or analytics platforms.
- Early-stage startup experience is a must. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and hands-on execution.
- Proven success in leading GTM strategy and execution for multi-product portfolios.
- Strong storytelling and messaging-you can turn complex products into clear, compelling narratives.
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and driving alignment across functions.
- A bias for action and hands-on execution
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
