Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Product Marketing & Comms Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This position can be based in multiple locations, offering flexibility to work from where you feel most productive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own product positioning and narrative: translate product capabilities into clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that our market instantly understands.
  • Utilize modern AI/LLM workflows to enhance messaging: leverage AI tools to rapidly test, refine, and standardize our positioning across content and channelsensuring brand voice and accuracy are maintained.
  • Create impactful sales & launch collateral: develop and continuously improve sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, pitch talk-tracks, and competitive messaging that empower the team to excel.
  • Lead website and homepage storytelling: craft compelling website copy (especially for the homepage) that accurately reflects positioning, highlights differentiation, and drives conversions.
  • Implement high-quality social storytelling: manage social media as a primary growth channeldesigning engaging storytelling arcs, content series, and distribution plans that consistently build trust and demand.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: partner with Product, Sales, Founders, and Design to transform roadmap insights into launch plans, campaigns, and content that are timely and effective.
  • Build and nurture a recruiter community: create an engaged online community of recruiters through initiatives like a newsletter, recurring insights, and community-first content.

  • Positioning is consistently accurate and compelling: AI-assisted workflows and strong judgment yield messaging that effectively represents the product and distinctly differentiates us in the market.
  • Sales collateral that drives results: sales decks and supporting assets are sharp, persuasive, and widely utilized by the teamenhancing sales velocity and quality of wins.
  • Homepage accurately reflects positioning: the website homepage and essential pages clearly communicate value and lead to improved conversion rates among target audiences.
  • High-quality social storytelling becomes a standard: social media output is consistently engaging, narrative-driven, and measurablefueling significant growth in reach, engagement, and inbound interest.
  • Enhanced launch execution: product launches are well-coordinated, on-message, and punctual, with clear performance tracking and opportunities for iteration.
  • Community engagement grows: a recruiter-focused newsletter/community initiative begins to establish a loyal audience, increasing organic reach and credibility.

Qualifications (Skills/Competencies)

  • Proven expertise in copywriting, social media management, SEO, and content strategy with strong craft and clarity.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-performing sales decks and website copy that reflects accurate positioning and drives action.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools as part of daily work to accelerate iteration, enforce consistency, and enhance output quality.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong drive for results, capable of influencing and engaging diverse audiences.
  • (Optional) Experience building an audience via newsletters or community programs in a B2B setting.
