Product Manager
Qualification - bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences, Pharmacy, or a related technical domain/ MBA is preferred.
Proven capability to think strategically about a product's market lifecycle while remaining highly organized and willing to manage the day-to-day, practical execution details.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Core Product Management (Strategy & Positioning)
- Value Proposition & Positioning: Define and refine product positioning, pricing structures, and unique value propositions for diverse healthcare segments (corporate hospitals, government channels, tier-2/3 networks).
- Market Intelligence & Benchmarking: Conduct continuous market research and competitive analysis to keep portfolio products ahead of market shifts.
- Product Promotion Enablement: Translate complex technical/clinical data from startups into high-impact marketing collateral, scientific pitching kits, and comprehensive training modules for BMA's Product Promotion team.
2. Operations Execution:
- GTM Rollout & Logistics: Manage the physical and operational deployment of products, including coordinating demo equipment, managing evaluation units at clinical sites, and ensuring supply chain readiness.
- Feedback Optimization: Establish a tight feedback loop by gathering real-world clinical insights and field challenges from BMA's Product Promotion team and translating them into actionable, prioritized product development inputs for the startups.
3. Startup Coordination & Project Management
- Onboarding & Timeline Management: Act as the single point of contact for onboarded startups, managing joint project timelines and keeping founders accountable to launch milestones.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate cross-dependencies between startup technical teams, BMA's regional Product Promotion teams, and external clinical partners to prevent bottlenecks.
