About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded Product Manager with strong technical intuition and 3+ years of experience building cloud-native, scalable Enterprise SaaS products from the ground up (0 → 1). You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch, growth, and maturity for an API-first platform that helps enterprises solve high-stakes problems in fraud prevention, identity verification, and customer authentication.
You should be someone who has lived through at least one full product lifecycle from MVP to Scale (or Sunset) and thrives in ambiguity, cross-functional collaboration, and ecosystem-level strategic thinking.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and drive product strategy, vision, and roadmap for Enterprise API products.
- Position APIs within the broader enterprise fraud-prevention and identity ecosystem to maximize relevance and stickiness.
- Drive roadmap execution for Network API products aligned with GSMA Open Gateway and CAMARA API standards.
- Strategic Discovery & Ecosystem Thinking
- Conduct customer interviews, strategic discovery, competitive intelligence, TAM/SAM analysis, and ecosystem mapping.
- Position products within the broader fraud-prevention and identity technology landscape.
- Product Metrics Ownership
- Own key product KPIs including API adoption, API call volumes, latency SLAs, conversion funnels, revenue contribution, and customer NPS.
- Build dashboards, define success metrics, and drive continuous product improvement.
- Agile Leadership & Delivery
- Lead cross-functional agile teams (Engineering, Design, QA).
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, release management, and delivery cadence.
- AI-Enabled Development Lifecycle
- Evaluate and integrate AI/ML-powered tools across the software development lifecycle.
- Support intelligent testing, code reviews, API monitoring, and anomaly detection.
- Go-to-Market & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development teams.
- Create sales enablement material, conduct product demonstrations, and support enterprise sales cycles.
- Product-Led Growth (PLG)
- Drive self-serve onboarding, developer sandbox experiences, usage-based trials, and in-product analytics.
- Reduce sales friction and accelerate customer adoption.
- Developer & Enterprise Experience
- Collaborate with UX teams to build intuitive developer portals, API documentation, and integration guides.
- Deliver exceptional experiences for both enterprise buyers and developers.
- Cloud-Native Product Thinking
- Work closely with Engineering on cloud-native architectures including microservices, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, and auto-scaling.
What We Look For
- 3+ years of Product Management experience building cloud-native, API-first, or Enterprise SaaS products.
- BE/B.Tech along with an MBA from a Tier-1 institute.
- Proven experience taking products from 0 → 1 (ideation through launch and scale).
- Experience managing at least one complete product lifecycle
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies with Product Owner experience.
- Proven track record of driving product adoption, engagement, and revenue metrics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in telecom, identity management, or fraud-prevention products.
- Familiarity with GSMA Open Gateway and CAMARA API standards.
- Understanding of identity and authentication standards
- Experience using AI-enabled development tools and workflows.
